The “ Papillon ” [“Butterfly”] educational concept which I have been working on for 6 years supplies the content for global learning in the 21 st century and is a free learning method which grows with knowledge like a living organism, and constantly reinvents and renews itself.

A survey from the Berlin Technical University is available with regard to this project. The introduction to the project study and the table of contents are available in the English language. The “ Papillon ” media project will be introduced on the state educational servers for Berlin, Lower Saxony, Brandenburg and Saxony-Anhalt , North Rhine-Westphalia, Baden-Württemberg, Saarland, Hamburg and engenders a rapport with the educational objectives of the UNESCO project schools. It has been successfully proven in practice at the Berlin Ellen Key Secondary School . Teachers, faculty specialists and students have an opportunity to speak in a project film which can be seen on the school's homepage. They confirm that the concept functions and schools are ‘spot on' with the application of the new learning method.

Imaginative multimedia learning environments are offered and depicted in an initial online book with this educational content. A concept that connects worlds; multimedia, intercultural and interdisciplinary as well as classical education and New Media — intelligently networked!

This completely new digital learning method allows children to see our world in a global context, fosters an alert creative spirit as well as analytical abilities, teaches playful learning and motivates students to develop their own ideas, and can also provide help for self-help in the best sense. In addition, the project not only imparts knowledge, but also forms the entire personality. Students and teachers work together in an educational network, and garner the opportunity to be brought up to the latest standard of knowledge — free of charge!
